I had a very terrible experience with KBD Fans. As many of you may be now, I was very excited to receive my PCB and key switches and key caps and all of that from KBD Fans. UNFORTUNATELY FOR THEM, I purchased a duplicate set of these switches from another company (which has its own positive review.) Upon receiving a duplicate set of these switches, I began lubing both sets individually. As I was doing so, I noticed not one minor, but several MAJOR differences between the two sets of switches. This could be because KBD Fans puts replica fake switches in the bags in order to increase profit margin even more. As if that wasnt bad enough, there were mismatched switches in the SAME bags that KBD Fans sent me. I do not believe this is something you can justify. *I have photos* Not only did they acknowledge that they were unsure why there were two variants of one switch sold as a set to me... but when I asked for a replacement, they offered me 5 Dollars as compensation! then offered to take the switches back. All I had to do is desolder ALL of the switches and package and ship them to China *for like 30 dollars shipping they wanted ME to pay! Basically, SAVE YOUR MONEY, SPEND IT ELSEWHERE! Amazon, local vendor, I dont care just anywhere BUT KBD fans.
I have tried just about everything to get a refund for my lost package. After going back and forth with them I never received a refund.
Terrible customer service. Will not order from them again.

KBDfans sent my order using FedEx and for some unknown reason FedEx claimed my address was wrong and couldn't deliver the package (note: I was available and at my apartment all day waiting for the package to arrive and even received 3 other packages for my neighbors that day). At FedEx website there was a warning saying "Delivery exception: Incorrect address - Apartment/Suite number". After that, I checked my address numerous times but it was just right, no mistakes at all. So I followed the procedure they suggested under their website: emailed them and told them that the address was correct and they should simply try to deliver it again because I couldn't change the correct address to something else simply because they couldn't deliver it correctly. Then, I received a reply saying that they would contact the local FedEx facility and the warning from the FedEx page was replaced to "Waiting for new schedule delivery" or something like that. So I just waited for my package to arrive after that.
4 days later and the package didn't arrive, so I tried to check its status again and to my surprise there was a new warning saying "Unable to deliver shipment, returned to shipper." without even a second delivery attempted. Then, I contacted FedEx by phone and they told me they couldn't do anything for me and I should contact the KBDfans because they were the ones responsible for the package, not me.
I contacted KBDfans and they didn't care at all about the issue. They said FedEx were charging them the exact amount I payed for their products for the returning shipping costs and because of that I wouldn't get the items anymore. I tried to argue in a polite manner because in my mind it just don't make any sense that I simply lost around 60 euros because FedEx didn't find my apartment. I did everything right and got in touch with FedEx to say that the address was correct and they didn't try to deliver it again. I also tried to contact FedEx again by phone and they said that if this was their fault I was eligible to get a refund for the shipping costs but KBDfans should request it, not me. So, I contact KBDfans again and they didn’t bother doing anything. It seems like they are super fine at getting their items back and simply leave me with a 60 euros loss.
Then I got mad and said if they didn’t do anything I would leave them a bad review. After that they were a bit more polite with their messages but kept saying they couldn’t do anything else. I also asked KBDfans for a proof of the return shipping costs so I could at least know that they actually had to pay the 60 euros they claimed but they never did that nor were willing to back me up with FedEx to get the refund and later refund me too.
PS: FedEx was really efficient at finding my address to deliver the import taxes invoice (since they had the right address all along, of course). But I phone them again and they ended up saying I didn't need to pay for that since I didn't get the items so I only lost around 60 euros and not 85 in total...
About the support: The support takes a bit of getting used to, as you are rather switched between a bot communication and one of the employees. However, the employees try to find a solution to precise questions in English.
About the product quality: I have not found any faults or defects in my ordered products. The individual packages were securely packed to prevent any transport damage.
Delivery: I placed the order on 29.03.2021 and on 07.04.2021 it was by Fedex at my home. Even the arrival time was kept exactly and the package arrived on time.
Conclusion: Four stars because I find that the communication via chat on their site is a little room for improvement.
All in all, I would order here again.
I have ordered these mechanical keyboard parts: tofu 60% e white, blank white keycaps, dz60 rev2, 70 cherry MX black switches, and a PC plate 2U left shift, extra case feet, a tool for removing keycaps and switches. The processing of the order took more than the time it took to arrive. I used FedEx for the order. The parts were very well packaged. I don't have any problem with the order and with the experience. Everything went smooth, you just have to have some patience. It clearly takes some time to have the products arrive in Europe.

Terrible customer service. Keys missing from the set on delivery, and hidden import taxes not stated on the website. Customers shipping into the EU face extremely high customs charges that are NOT included in the shipping cost or even mentioned on the website. No help from customer service when they were contacted about these problems. Avoid.
Recently placed my first order with them; a fully assembled keyboard. It was quite expensive but I'm blown away by this quality. Easily the best keyboard I've ever owned, and I've had various mechanical keyboards from differing brands. My order was placed on a Sunday and I received my keyboard Friday with everything expected, fastest shipping I've ever experience from China, which does make sense considering shipping isn't free. Would highly recommend.

Excellent , i recieve my order really fast in France and the customer service are fast for reply ! Keyboard are amazing and good quality
I ordered everything to do my first build and heard great things about KBDfans. I was sold a PCB that I could never finish the build because the only case that fits the PCB is only sold as a kit with the PCB and plate included. Why sell the damn PCB if no one can buy the case stand alone? Now I can't return the damn items and I can't finish it. Trying to get them to help fix this and no help is provided. I would just like to buy the case.
I made a purchase, all of a sudden I am getting emails from 'Route' and 'Lootly' that I didn't want. And surprise surprise, when I try to unsubscribe from 'Lootly' it goes to a 404. I don't appreciate my details being passed on to other companies, and I haven't even received my order yet!
